At Hemptations, we believe self-care should be simple, natural, and stress-free—from your order to your soak. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, handle returns, and stand behind our products.

Dispatch Times

We offer Next Day Dispatch on all orders placed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Carrier: We ship using Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

Our Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Hemptations experience from start to finish. If something isn’t right—whether your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected—contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right. This may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Our goal is your satisfaction—but we’re also a small business making small-batch products, so we appreciate your understanding and fairness.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To Request a Return:

  1. Email us at hemptations.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid Sendle return label.

  3. Print the label, affix it to the parcel, and drop it off or arrange a pickup via Sendle.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened personal care products (soaps, balms, bath bombs, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hemptations.au@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
